Personal and Custom grew out of a fulfillment warehouse in early 2014. We began by offering decorating services to products housed in the warehouse for our fulfillment customers. Soon we found a niche in sourcing personal and custom products for customers as well as decorating them. Expanding our offerings from a few pages in a small catalog, we began our website service in 2014.
Naptown Etching (Personal and Custom's Parent Company) has grown steadily since it began, yet has maintained that small town, personal touch you don't find that often these days. Offering their clients more options and an easier way to find them. Personal and Custom has been developed off the Naptown Etching model,but focuses on reaching a broader audience with more customized items for each and every visitor of the website.
